    Imported drinks, Turkish coffee, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and all beverages ordered after 00:00 are subject to an extra charge.

    Guests staying for 7 nights or honeymoon guests are entitled to one complimentary dinner at the à la carte restaurant.

    • If you need to see a doctor, you can contact the reception staff. Doctor service subject to fee, since it’s provided by a private clinic.

    • You need to insert the room card into the slot in order to get the electricity in the room. Make sure that doors and windows are closed before operating the air-conditioner.

    • You need to inform the reception about the malfunctions in the room for troubleshooting as soon as possible.
       
    • Check-in to the rooms starts at 14.00 and check-out from the rooms is 12.00. Guests requesting a late check-out may continue using their rooms against a fee depending on the availability of the room.
